| 摘 要： | 中非关系的可持续发展,需要中国大力推进对非软权力外交。目前,中国对非软权力外交已成体系：在制度层面上,中非合作论坛是对非软权力外交的制度表现与保障;在此基础上,对非经济、社会软权力外交与对非文化软权力外交在具体领域中推进中非关系,组成对非软权力外交的操作层面。中国对非软权力外交已取得一系列成果,但还要在克服现有问题的情况下加以完善。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of Sino-African relation needs to promote China’s soft power diplomacy in Africa.At present,China’s soft power diplomacy in Africa has a system.At the institutional level,the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation is a performance and guarantee of the system.At the operational level,China’s economic,social and cultural soft power diplomacy in Africa promotes development of Sino-African relation in special fields.A series of positive results were achieved through China’s soft power diplomacy in Africa.In the future,we should continue to improve our soft power diplomacy in Africa while overcoming existing problems. |
