| Abstract: | As Binhai New Area in Tianjin has been enlisted for the overall layout of the development strategy,it has been awarded an unprecedented opportunity to enhance its competitiveness in an all-round way.The development of the new area should put the development of the elementary conditions in the first place,structure its regional competitive power in a scientific way,put forward effective approaches to upgrading its competitive power for the important factors and key links,and find out a new model for the development of this new region. |
