| 摘 要： | 正确理解绿色建筑的发展,必须首先准确而全面地把握其内涵。本文通过介绍绿色建筑产业的演进,揭示了绿色建筑产业的内涵和本质特征。在此基础上利用波特的菱形模型,对中国绿色建筑产业竞争力做了进一步分析,从而得出若干有价值的政策启示。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the development of Green Building(GB) correctly,it is necessary to find out its connotation comprehensively and precisely first.With an introduction of the evolution of GB,this article demonstrates its connation and intrinsic properties,based on which,Michael Porter’s Diamond Model has been used to analyze further the industrial competitiveness of Chinese GB,and some valuable suggestions on policy are put forward in the end. |
