| 摘 要： | 一项民族经济政策的效能不仅取决于政策目标的选定和政策内容的制定,而且取决于政策的实施过程。经过多年的探索,学术界对少数民族地区经济政策执行问题的探究取得了一定的成果,本综述对少数民族经济政策在运行过程中的问题进行系统阐述,归纳与总结民族经济政策执行过程中问题的表现及影响、存在的原因分析及其对策,系统梳理与分析少数民族经济政策执行问题的研究向度及其特点,并指出现有研究中存在的不足,据此得到有益的启示,力求为新时期少数民族地区经济政策的实施提供更加合理、有效、全面的建议。

| Abstract: | The effectiveness of a minority economy policy depends not only on the selection of policy goals and content,but also on the execution of the policy.For years’ investigation,academic community has acquired certain research achievements by means of the execution of economy policy in the ethnic minority areas.This review systematically discusses the problems of minority economy policy in execution,concludes and summarizes the phenomena,causative factors and counter measures for them,systematically summarizes and analyzes the research dimensions and characteristics of representation related to these problems,and points out the weaknesses embodied in the research.Based on this,beneficial enlightenments can be gained,trying to provide more justifiable,effective and comprehensive suggestion in the execution of the economy policy in minority areas in the new period. |
