试论高校大众化对西部民族院校发展的影响

随着高校大众化的发展,西部地方民族院校得到了很大的发展,在校生规模和招生规模持续扩大,学科专业结构不断拓宽和优化,层次不断提升,办学实力不断增强。与此同时,大发展也带来新问题和新挑战。文章就如何面对可持续发展保障能力差和教育教学质量保障能力弱等矛盾进行探讨,以应对西部地方民族高等教育事业在“十一五”期间得到更好地发展。

The Influence of Popularity to the Development of Western Colleges and Universities for Nationalities

Along with the development of university popularity,colleges and universities for nationalities in the west of China have improved.The scale of enrollment and the number of students continue to expand,the construction of majors has continuously been widened and promoted,and the abilities of running a school has been strengthened.Meanwhile,new problems and challenges are brought out.The article discusses about how to maintain the sustainable development and the quality of education and teaching,so that nationality higher education cause in the west of China can be smoothly developed during the "Eleventh-Five" plan.
