| 摘 要： | 30年间，中国法律思想史从初步确立到加速发展最终走向繁荣，在多个论域中展开了理论争鸣，产生了丰富的理论成果。同时，中国法律思想史在学科建设、教材改革、学术研究、队伍建设、人才培养等方面获得了巨大的成就，取得了丰富的经验。我们必须认真梳理三十年中国法律思想史研究概况，以期为今后进一步研究打下坚实基础。
