论我国风险投资的退出机制

风险投资能否顺利退出,实现预期回报,是风险投资业发展的核心环节.我国风险投资业正处于初创阶段,退出渠道的不顺畅严重制约其进一步发展.从风险投资运作机制入手,在借鉴国外企业成功经验并比较几种主要退出方式的基础上,对现阶段我国风险投资退出方式的选择进行现实分析,提出相应的退出途径.

On the Withdrawal Mechanism of Venture Investments

For the venture capitalist, the successful withdrawal of the venture investment is of vital importance in his profit making. At the initial stage of its development, China's venture investment business is hampered by the defects in the withdrawal mechanism. Based on the operation mechanism of venture investment and the experiences accumulated by the venture capitalists in the West, the present paper proposes measures to be taken by Chinese venture capitalists in their future business.
