| 摘 要： | 中国是个农业大国,经济近代化离不开农业的近代化。陈炽在关注时务的同时,对中国农业近代化也提出了自己的见解,例如强调农业的基础地位、政府的督导作用、科技兴农、保护农业生态环境等,为中国农业的近代转型起到了前驱先路的作用。

| Abstract: | China is a country of agriculture.The modernization of its economy relates to that of its agriculture.Chen Chi has paid close attention to the current affairs and has also put forward his own point of view about China's modernization of agriculture,for example,he attached importance to the foundation place of agriculture,government's supervisory duties and regulating functions,developing agriculture with science and technology and protecting agricultural environment.All these have opened up a new way in the agricultural modernization in China. |
