浅谈网络言语行为的道德失范问题

网络言语行为是网络行为的基本形式，因而就网络言语行为的道德问题进行探讨，对于网络道德环境建设具有普遍和重要的意义。本文认为，网络言语行为的失范主要是道德问题；造成失范的原因既与网络及其技术特点有关，也与网络言语行为的特殊规律有关；对网络言语行为道德失范的救治，应本着有利于网络发展和社会文明进步的原则，运用技术、法律和教育的综合措施来完成。

A Tentative Study of Moral Incorrectness of Network Speech Acts

A study of the moral incorrectness of the network speech acts, which is a basic form of network acts, is of universal significance to the construction of the networks moral environment. This paper holds that moral incorrectness of network speech acts is mainly a moral problem. Its cause is relatel not only to network characteristics, but also to specific laws on network speech acts. Technology, law and education can work together to remedy the moral incorrect-ness of network speech acts, for the purpose of achieving healthy development of network and social civilization.
