| 摘 要： | 鲜明的办学理念是高校经过长期实践和理性思考,且符合学校发展实际所形成的办学追求、办学精神、办学绩效的凝炼.凡是名校必有其独特的办学理念.鲜明办学理念的实现需要坚持教育策划.通过不懈地教育策划和实践,创造性地把办学理念融入学校以人才培养为中心的各项工作和行为中,使其成为推动高校改革与发展的有力支撑和精神财富,是高校在改革与发展中明智而必然的选择.
