| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育,是高等教育大众化的必经之路,也是高等教育和谐发展的立足之本.素质及素质教育的内涵概念不十分清晰,在素质教育的实践过程中存在着盲点和误区.素质教育是人的基本品质的教育,其既不同于创新教育、全面发展的教育,也不与应试教育完全对立.

| Abstract: | The implementation of quality education is the only way which must be passed the stage of popularization of higher education, but also the foundation of harmonious development of higher education. Over the years, even there have been many achievements in theoretical research of quality education, the concepts of quality and quality education are not very clear, blind spots and mistakes still exist in the practice of quality education. Quality educa- tion is the basic quality education of people, which is different from the innovation education and comprehensive de- velopment education. Meanwhile, it is not the opposite of exam - oriented education completely. |
