| 摘 要： | 新经济组织和新社会组织(简称“两新组织”)青年数量的急剧增加,给共青团工作提出了严峻的挑战,文章从“两新组织”青年的生存状况和心里特点入手,分析该群体的特质和诉求,要求加强“两新”青年团组织体系建设,满足他们的组织归属需要与政治诉求,以团的活动为载体,有效吸引“两新组织”青年.
