关节的近侧环节与运动训练

关节的两个环节可视为近侧环节和远侧环节．远侧环节的运动研究较多，但对近侧环节运动的研究还不多见．引起近侧环节运动的原因有别于远侧环节，近侧环节所产生的运动和由此带来的训练方法与远侧环节完全不同，因而不能因为它们的运动幅度相同而混为一谈

THE NEAR-SEGMENT AND ITS MOVEMENT TRAINING

Two joined segments can be regarded as the far-side segment and the near-side segment.Quite a lot of research has been devoted to the movement of the far-side segment whereas far from enough attention has been paid to that of the near-side segment.The movement of the far side segments are not much the same with that of the near-side segment.Therefore,they shou1dn't be 1umped together in spite of the same extent of movement.
