| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场制度的逐步完善和经济全球化的迅速演变,必须快速提升企业的现代化管理水平,规范各项成本支出,获得科学低成本优势,以此增强企业整体竞争力。通过分析我国企业成本控制存在的具体问题,提出建立系统的成本控制思想,提高管理者的综合素质,完善成本控制基础工作,加强执行力度等解决措施。
