| Abstract: | This investigation and report, combining data and rational analysis, elaborates on the orientation and management of poverty relief development funds in South Xinjiang, the scientific appraisal of poverty relief programs, the policies of resident relocation, the concerted development of ecological environment, the construction of infrastructure facilities, and the readjustment of industrial structure. It further puts forward relevant suggestions. |
