摘    要:坚持以人民为中心的教育发展观是新时代党在教育发展过程中提出的新理念。坚持以人民为中心的教育发展观生成于马克思主义关于“教育”的论述,植根于中国传统“教育”思想,熔铸于新时代党对“初心”的践行和教育规律的探索;其思想内涵包括以满足人民需求为目标的教育发展观、以实现中华民族伟大复兴为使命的教育强国观和以解决人类教育发展问题为己任的教育责任观。坚持以人民为中心的教育发展观具有鲜明的时代意蕴,能为新时代中国特色社会主义教育发展提供思想指导,为全面建成社会主义现代化强国提供有力支撑,为世界教育事业发展贡献中国智慧。

Abstract:Adhering to the people-centered concept of educational development is a new concept which is put forward by CPC in the process of educational development in the new era. Adhering to the people-centered concept of educational development is derived from the Marxist exposition on "education", rooted in the Chinese traditional education thoughts, and cast in the CPC''s practice of "original aspiration" and exploration of education laws in the new era. Its ideological connotation includes the concept of educational development aimed at meeting the needs of the people, the concept of building a powerful country through education with the mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the concept of educational responsibility with the mission of solving human education development issues. Adhering to the people-centered concept of educational development is of great significance to the times. It can provide ideological guidance for the development of education with Chinese characteristics in the new era, provide strong support for building a socialist modern power in an all-round way, and contribute Chinese wisdom to the development of world education.
