| 摘 要： | 通过对水果批发市场合伙企业的考察 ,我们发现促使此类企业稳定发展的真正原因是来自企业内部和外部的竞争 ,竞争保证了经济组织的稳定 ,类似于阿尔奇安的“竞争过滤器”概念 ,我们提出了“竞争稳定器”的新概念。并用它解释了国有企业经股份制改组后依旧难以摆脱困境的原因

| Abstract: | The study of partnership enterprises in the wholesale fruit market reveals that it is the competition within and outside an enterprise that helps its stable development. The stability of an economic organization is based on competition,as Alchian pointed out in his "competition filter" thinking. Here we try to use a similar concept, "competition stabilizer", to explain why those stateowned enterprises in China are still bogging down even after reconstruction. |
