| Abstract: | In the 21 st century, institutions of higher education undertake the tasks of cultivating and training innovative talents with higher qualities. This article expounds the necessity to lighten the burden of higher education proceeding from the demand of developing innovative talents, and put forward some suggestions on lightening the burden, such as cutting down hours of study, reforming teaching and learning methods and examining methods. |
