摘    要:采用几个抗氟性不同的桑蚕品种,进行添氟后,对其血液氟离子浓度以及蚕粪含氟量的变化情况作了测定,发现在添氟浓度30mg/L以下时,蚕粪含氟量与品种抗氟性之间有较好的正相关关系。认为在较低添氟浓度下,蚕消化道的排泄作用对抗氟性有调节作用。血液氟离子浓度是受到多种调节因子调节的,在270mg/L添氟浓度以下,品种间差异不明显,只是到了所有调节机制都被摧毁的810mg/L时,才和抗氟件呈现极显著的正相关关系,认为此时的血液氟离子浓度是消化系统被摧毁前吸收进血液的氟离子最高浓度,是品种蚕血液中的最大氟容受量,也与蚕的抗氟性有着非常密切的关系。

Abstract:In this experiment, several silkworm races which have different fluorides resistance, were used, to measure the consistency of the fluorine ion in the blood and fluorine content in the silkworm faeces after adding fluorine, Fluorine content was found to be better positive correlation to fluorides resistance when the consistency of adding fluorine is below 30mg/L.This paper holds that the excreting function of the alimentary canal can regulate fluorides resistance in the case of lower consistency of adding fluorine- The consistency of fluorine ions in the blood is regulated by more factors when the fluorine-adding consistency is below 270mg/L, the difference between races is not distinct. When the consistency of adding fluorine was 810mg/L, all regulating factor are destroyed, the consistency of fluorine ions in silkworm blood was very obvious positive correlation to fluorides resistance. The author thinks that the consistency of the fluorine ions in the blood at this time is the highest before alimentary canal is destroyed, reflecting the fluorine containing maximum of a certain race in the blood and this quota has very close relationship with fluorides resistance.
