| 摘 要： | "枫桥经验"是42年前由基层农村创造的一个社会治安管理工作的典型经验。它的基本精神是正确化解社会矛盾、转化社会对立人群、预防和控制犯罪、促进社会和谐。在四十多年的发展过程中,"枫桥经验"所体现和渗透的以人为本的思想、德治与法治并重的哲学理念以及预防和控制犯罪的实践形式,可以作为我国农村社会治安管理的成功经验予以探究。

| Abstract: | "The FengqiaoExperience" is a good example cited by rural people in Fengqiaoin taking care of their own social security forty-seven years ago.Basically,it is about how to resolve social conflicts,transform the opposing groups,prevent and control criminal acts so as to promote social harmony.This experience as has been testified in the past forty plus years worth further exploration so that this success can be extended to other rural areas in mainland China. |
