| Abstract: | Time Tunnel is a major scenic spot of Princess Lake in Hebei province. On one hand, it＇s a reflection of the historical and cultural deposits of Handan. On the other hand, it embodies the core value of public art in terms of the integration with the environment and the encouragement for public participation. Therefore, the work not only improves the quality of the scenic spot but also inherits the culture of the region. As a result, it＇s benefitial to the prosperity of people＇s spiritual culture. |
