重视后奥运体育场馆的利用

奥运会对于主办城市来说,最棘手和最难以“可持续发展”的是赛后奥运场馆资金投入的回收。鉴于奥运经济前期的场馆建设是一种非生产性投资,从近五届奥运会的情况看,都不同程度上出现了体育场馆闲置、奥运村楼宇销售困难、基础设施使用率不高、投资难以得到回报等问题。奥运会后的重点是要解决好投资巨大的体育场馆的后续利用问题,否则耗资巨大的体育场馆仅养护费用就会成为举办城市的沉重负担。

It is important to understand the high and low demands during the different periods of the Olympics.Therefore,measures should be prepared from today.To the host cities,the most difficult problem that affects sustainable development is the fund return of Olympic venues.Since pre-Olympic construction is a kind of non-productive investment,the latest five Olympics have appeared a similar situation such as unused sport venues,unsold Olympic villages,low-utilized infrastructure,and hardly returned investment,etc.The focus of post-Olympics is to solve the problem of how to utilize the heavily invested venues.Otherwise,the maintenance of these venues will become a heavy burden of host city.
