| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的发展,对公路的需求越来越大,而公路建设资金短缺严重,笔者认为可利用项目融资方式解决资金问题.本文就利用ABS方式进行公路项目融资的过程、优越性和应该注意的问题谈一点看法.
