| 摘 要： | 医疗质量是公立医院的生命线，加强医院廉政文化建设是公立医院医疗质量提升的内在要求和有力保障。屡治不愈的“医闹”现象，折射着医院廉政文化缺失和医疗质量下滑。只有通过思想教育、纪律教育、道德教育和法制教育等措施强化医院廉政文化，才能保障医疗质量稳步提升和医院和谐、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Quality of medical care is the lifeblood of medical institutions. To strengthen the honest culture construction in public hospital is the inherent requirement and effective guarantee to improve the quality of medical care in public hospital. The repeated hospital violator phenomena can reflect the lack of honest culture construction and the declination of quality of medical care in public hospital. This paper tries to find the way of how to strengthen the honest culture construction in public hospital from ideological education, discipline, ethics, and legal education aspects, in order to guarantee the steady improvement of quality of medical care in public hospital and promote the public hospital development in a harmonious and sustainable way. |
