城市人才竞争力指标体系比较与改进思考

摘    要:随着国际国内城市之间人才竞争的日趋激烈,人才竞争力作为推动经济增长的中坚力量和城市竞争力中的一个重要因素,其评价指标正受到越来越广泛、深入的关注和研究。综合分析、比较当今城市人才竞争力指标体系及我国城市人才发展的总体趋势,在人才结构与产业发展,人才技术创新能力与人才经济效率,需要修补两个指标:1.人才战略规划竞争力;2.非公有制人才比率。

Abstract:As the talent competition between international and domestic cities is becoming increasingly fierce,talent competitiveness,as a competitive force in promoting economic growth and an important factor of the urban competitive power,its evaluation indices are under more and more extensive and in-depth attention and study.This paper carries out a comprehensive analysis and comparative study of today's urban talent competitiveness indices system and the overall development trends in urban talents.In view of talent structure and industry development,talent technology innovation competence and talent economic efficiency,two indices needed to be added:firstly competitiveness in talent strategy planning;secondly talent proportion of non-state-owned enterprises.
