| Abstract: | The paper tries to explore the existing legal framework to protect the interests of consumers, drawing on advanced legislative experience. From the consumer protection information, the protection of consumers' fair trade, the consumer protection of return power and the protection and safety of consumer transactions, they are trying to protect four of virtual networks to resolve the virtual network, and laws and regulations related to the lag caused by the protection of consumer rights in online transactions. |
