| Abstract: | Based on the MM theorem of the capital structure contained in the theory of corporation finance, this paper sets up a two-stage model and starts from an ideal business environment to analyze the influences of such factors as the corporation tax and the bankruptcy risk and the agency cost upon the capital structure of an insurance firm. |
