A Profitable Study of Research Reform of Adult's Higher Education

During the process of doing their graduating research in adult's higher education,it is important for the teachers to know how to guide on-the-job undergraduate students to design a research or write a paper.Usually,it needs to meet the three criteria: 1.to combine theoretical studies with their own working practices together;2.to progress oneself working capabilities,and 3.to promote a better development of research program.The College of Higher education of Beijing Institute of Technology has conducted a research reform in human resources program in the 2004-grade evening program.The reform has achieved a lot in both form and content of research.
