| 摘 要： | 太平天国后期著名领导人洪仁的法制改革思想 ,堪称中国法制近代化的一个重要里程碑。他在立法、执法、普法和监督方面提出的基本原则 ,一定程度上体现了西方资产阶级的法律精神 ,即使在今天也有许多值得我们借鉴。

| Abstract: | This essay expounds the thought of legal reform of Hong Rengan,the famous leader of the latter part of Taiping Heavenly Movement. It discusses his basic principles of legislation, implementation, popularization and supervision of law, which, to a certain extent, embodies the legal thought of the bourgeoisie of the West. It represents a milestone of legal development of modern China. Even today, it can offer us some valuable lessons and experience. |
