| 摘 要： | 可行性研究是项目建设过程中控制工程质量的关键阶段。可行性研究报告的评估作为项目决策前最后一个咨询环节 ,直接影响到决策的正确性。文章提出建设项目可行性研究评估工作的要点是 :项目市场预测要全面 ,建设规模的确定要合理 ,工程和工艺技术方案的选择要先进、适用和成熟 ,公用工程及辅助设施建设应与主导工艺相配套 ,投资估算和效益分析要切合实际

| Abstract: | Feasibility study is the key phase in controlling engineering quality in the process of project construction. Appraisal of feasibility study report as the last consultation prior to the decision of project, affects the correct decision directly. In the article the important points of the appraisal of feasibility study report are: project market forecasting is overall; the decision of construction scope is reasonable; the selection of technological scheme is advanced, adequate and ripe; public projects and auxiliary facilities should match with the main technology; investment estimate and benefit analysis should be in keeping with the actual conditions. |
