| 摘 要： | 供应链绩效评价大多采用静态评价方法。不能有效反映供应链系统的动态特性。本文将平衡计分卡思想与动态仿真方法结合，构建了蒙辰（简称MC）公司供应链绩效动态优化构架。采用仿真工具Witness，从内部流程、客户、未来发展及财务4方面选取关键绩效指标作为优化目标建立仿真模型，并通过优化得出最优资源组合方案。仿真结果分析表明，该绩效动态优化构架可行有效，可为提高绩效管理水平提供借鉴。
