| 摘 要： | 信托长期以来一直没有明确的经营定位和稳定的赢利模式,直到2007年银监会实施＂信托新政＂,信托主业才逐渐清晰。在回顾信托发展历程的基础上,总结经验教训,分析信托生存发展的环境,进而对信托业务进行定位,预测其发展趋势。

| Abstract: | There has long been no clear position and stable operating profit model for trust.CBRC implemented trust new deal until 2007,trust principal industry began to slowly clear up.The paper reviewed the development process of trust.Based on lessons learned,it analyzed the living environment for the development of trust,and then located the trust business and forecasted its development trends. |
