| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志在党的十六大报告中明确指出 ,可以吸收新出现的社会阶层中的优秀分子入党。在新的社会阶层中发展党员 ,是新形势下党的建设面临的一个新课题。我们必须充分认识在新的社会阶层中发展党员的重要性和必要性 ,解决实践中的相关理论问题 ,从而认真做好在新的社会阶层中发展党员的工作。

| Abstract: | In his report to the sixteenth Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, Comrade Jiang Ze-min pointed out that it is allowed to admit excellent members in the newly-emerged social strata in our country into the Communist Party. This is a new issue for Party construction. We have to realize the importance and necessity to recruit Party members from the newly-emerged social strata and solve the theoretical problems in practice and do a good job in this work. |
