| Abstract: | Rambler Sal led a methodological revolution in criminal research by introducing the empirical and inductive methods. He proposed a mutil-elassfieation of criminals, a mutil-faetor of crimes, the thought of crime-committing prevention and individual punishment, and the reforming of jail system and criminal system, have all deeply influenced the current criminal judicature system. |
