| Abstract: | With the development of market economy, the relationship between urban planning and the development of real estate industry becomes closer than ever before. Urban planning, as a means of the government's macro-adjustment of the land-use in cities, plays a crucial role in the exploitation of such land. The success and failure of real estate industry, one of high risk and high investment and returns, is much affected by urban planning. The coordinated development of urban planning and real estate industry has recently been a focus of attention by different local governments and enterprisers of real estate industry. |
