| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛高度关注社会建设问题，针对中国特色社会主义社会建设事业所处的新的经济、政治和文化背景，他对社会建设思想进行了新的探索，创造性地将社会建设发展成为一个独立的领域，提出社会建设能力是党的执政能力之一，把改善民生作为社会建设的新重点，形成了新的独具特色的社会主义社会建设思想。

| Abstract: | HU Jin-tao attaches great importance to social construction in China. He has innovated social construc-tion into that thought based on the new economic, political and cultural background, innovatively developed social construction an independent field, and put forward that the ability of social construction is one of the Party＇s ruling improving people＇s life is the focus of social construction. A distinct social construction thought has abilities, and come into being. |
