| 摘 要： | 高教强省的内涵是指该省高等教育的整体实力和办学水平在国内位于前列,接近中等发达国家和地区的高等教育发展水平,能与当地社会发展实现良性互动。“规模大”、“结构优”、“质量高”、“效益好”是高教强省的主要特征。优化江苏高等教育结构,打造一流研究型大学和一流学科,多渠道集资办学,不同学校在各自类型、层次上争创一流;加强江苏高等教育的国际合作与交流,是江苏建设高教强省的重要策略选择。

| Abstract: | A province with a powerful higher education means that the higher education of the province ranks among the top in the whole country and matches that of intermediate developed countries and as a result it interacts soundly with the local social development.A province with a powerful higher education is characterized by large scale,optimal structure,high quality,and sound effect.The important strategies for building Jiangsu into a province with a powerful higher education include optimizing its structure,building top research universities and disciplines,multi-channel raising fund for it,striving for the top for schools of different levels and types,strengthening international cooperation and communication. |
