近年来我国信息产业取得了巨大成就 ,但发展基础相对传统 ,与发达国家相比还有较大差距。存在着核心技术自主化薄弱 ,结构不尽合理 ,市场占有率较低等问题。应注重软件的开发 ,并建立大型数据库 ,设立风险基金和普及基金 ,并发挥企业协会的作用 ,为信息企业创造良好的外部环境

Problems That Information Industry Is Confronting and Countermeasures

The information industry of our country, in recent years, has got great achievement. However, compared with developed countries, the developing basis is rather traditional, and there is a large gap in many aspects, for instance, the lack of autonomous intellectual property rights on core technology, the irrational structure in industrial division, the low market share of software products, etc. In this paper, the author proposes to focus on software development and build up large database; to establish risk fund and popularized fund; to bring into full play the functions of industrial associations, creating a favorable external environment for IT enterprises.
