摘    要:交际与文化是密不可分的,它们互相影响。在任何社会中,圈内集团(ingroups)都是文化组织的基本单位,其相对重要性是区别各种文化类型最为关键的因素。甚至,个体在不同文化影响下的派系中的言行举止容易引起交际误解。了解圈内集团(ingroups)的起源和中美两国圈内文化差异性的根源以及表现,可使我们走出跨文化交际的误区,获得跨文化交际的成功。

Abstract:Communication and culture are indispensible of each other and influence each other.In any society,ingroup is a basic cultural unit,the relative importance of which is one of the key factors that differentiate culture types,and the way in which individuals behave is likely to result in miscommunication.Additionally,adequate understanding of the origin of ingroup and the root and characteristics of cultural differences between ingroups of China and U.S.A,enables us to secure a successful cross-cultural communication.
