| 摘 要： | 印度自1988年开始推行新边境政策，出于对国家安全和地区经济融合的考虑，印度政府于1999年将该政策推行至所谓的“阿鲁纳恰尔邦”。该政策的实施重点是基础设施，特别是交通设施的建设及优先发展贸易和旅游业。由于各种原因，新边境政策在该地区的实施效果并不理想。

| Abstract: | India started its New Border Policy in 1988. Due to the consideration of both national security and regional economic integration, the Indian government expanded this policy to the so - called ＂Arunachal Pradesh＂ in 1999. The focus of this policy is infrastructure building, especially the transport facilities building and promotion of trade and tourism. However, the effects of this policy have not been good because of various reasons. |
