| Abstract: | The trade relationship between the commercial banks and the industrial and commercial entrprises is actually a kind of contractual-type relationship beween creditors and debtors, which has developed from the outside trade of loans to the inner trade of stock ownership. This has made it recessevry for the bank to play its role as a supervisor towards the enterprises. |
