| 摘 要： | 在蒙代尔—弗莱明模型的框架下 ,分析了在不同汇率制度下货币政策的有效性问题。在开放经济条件下 ,货币当局应采取浮动汇率制而不是固定汇率制 ;同时 ,结合我国实际阐明了主要货币政策工具的传导机制及效应 ;最后 ,提出了增加货币政策有效性的政策建议

| Abstract: | In this paper , we analyse the effect of monetary policy under different exchange rate system under the guidance of the frame of Mundell-Fleming's model . The monetary authorities should adopt floating exchange rate system rather than fixed one.We also illustrate the transmitting mechanism and the effect of monetary policy by integrating it with the practical situation of our country . In the end , we put forward the proposal for effectiveness of monetary policy . |
