From Divergence to Common Understanding——Comparison and consideration of humanism and naturalism

Humanism and naturalism,the two main theoretical schools of modem environmental ethics, are common in their aims which rest on human-nature harmony, despite their obvious divergence in cognitive pattern and values. Therefore, for the sake of human-nature harmony and to support theoretically the current environment protection, they two should set aside the divergence and strive for common understanding.
