| 摘 要： | 文章在分析"十五"期间我国高新技术企业发展的基本情况的基础上,指出当前高新技术企业发展资本保障中存在的问题,结合高新技术企业创业阶段、成长阶段、扩张阶段和成熟阶段资金融通的特点,提出我国高新技术企业资本保障战略方式及其六个方面实现途径.

| Abstract: | This dissertation analyzes the basic status in the past five years at first,then it points out the problem in the capital guarantee stratagem of the high-tech enterprises,and in view of their capital circulation characteristics of the starting stage,growing stage,and mature stage,it puts forward the capital guarantee stratagem model and its realization in 6 aspects. |
