略论“带地方色彩的普通话”

“带地方色彩的普通话”是对标准普通话而言的。文章以“荆州普通话”为例 ,对“带地方色彩的普通话”的共性特征、成因、性质进行了描写和阐述 :都具有普通话声调 ,是“带地方色彩的普通话”的最基本的共性特征 ;方言干扰、错过语言学习最佳年龄段、教育教学水平不高是“带地方色彩的普通话”形成的主要原因。文章认为 :“带地方色彩的普通话”是普通话的地域变体 ,是国家通用语言的主力军 ;本世纪中叶我国“基本普及”的普通话 ,只能是“带地方色彩的普通话”。

On Local Putonghua

Compared with the Standard Putonghua in oral Chinese, the Local Putonghua is the Putonghua spoken with the features of dialects. Based on the study of Jingzhou Putonghua, the article analyzes and explains the mutual features, the causes and the qualities of the local Putonghua: the major feature of the local Putonghua is they all spoken in the tone of Putonghua, while the main causes of them are the speakers influenced by the dialects, missing the best age of learning Putonghua, and having received relatively few education. The author holds the view that the Local Putonghua is the local variety of standard Putonghua and, speaking in Local Putonghua is not only the main form of communication all over the China at present, but also will be the main form of Putonghua in the middle of this century while Putonghua primarily prevails.
