国内外循环经济研究进展及评述

以全球环保思潮的发展为脉络,循环经济思想的演进可分为3个阶段:萌芽阶段、诞生阶段、快速发展阶段。至循环经济思想被提出以后,国内外学者将循环经济看作是生态经济学的一部分,进而对经济活动中资源、能源、产品的生产过程及使用效率做了大量有关立法、模型、技术、应用的单项研究。通过这些研究可知,循环经济是一种以资源的高效利用和循环利用为核心,以"减量化、再利用、资源化"为原则,符合可持续发展理念的经济增长模式。

The Development and a Commentary of Circular Economy

According to the development of the trend of thoughts of global environmental protection,the thought of circular economy falls into three stages： gernination stage,birth stage,and quick development stage.After the thought of cirular economy was advanced,scholars home and abroad have regarded circular economy as a part of ecological economy,and set about to carry out individual research into resources,energies,and the process of manufacture of products and their efficiency of application.Through the research,it is known that circular economy is a mode of economic growth which has as its core the efficient and circular use of resources,has as its principles amount-reduction,recycling,and resourcification,which is in line with the conception of sustainable development.
