| 摘 要： | 从狭义的＂事由联系＂与广义的＂事由联系＂的比较入手,可以进一步阐明＂事由原则＂被全盘否定的不合理性。论证＂事由原则＂在档案整理过程中的可应用性和重要性,以及＂事由原则＂回归档案基础理论体系的必然性,很有意义。

| Abstract: | By comparing the relationship of pertinence in narrow sense and broad sense,it is shown that the negation for the principle of pertinence was irrational.This paper pointed out the applicability and significance in document arrangement and the inevitability to return to the basic theory of file system. |
