| 摘 要： | 父母对未成年子女有抚养教育的权利和义务,探视行为是离婚后对子女进行抚养教育的一种重要形式。探视权是亲权的重要内容,是基于父母子女身份关系而产生的权利与义务,它既是权利又是义务。离婚后不跟子女生活在一起的一方不但有权利而且有义务探视子女,以保障未成年子女健康成长。

| Abstract: | Parents have the right and obligation to bring up and educate their minor children, while visitation is one of the important ways for divorced parents to exercise and fulfill such right and obligation to their children. Visitation right, an integral part of parental power, arises from the relation between parent and child. Visitation is not only a right, but also an obligation. The party who does not live together with his/her child/children after divorce shall have the right to, and also be obliged to visit his/her child/children so as to ensure children's healthy growth. |
