Abstract:Facing the market of education and the market of human resource, the output of higher education is education service and people armed with knowledge. In order to achieve further development, higher education must find its place on the basis of market segmentation, and provide education services with specialties according to the theory of production differentiation. And only in such a way,Can special talents of high quality be provided.
