| 摘 要： | 高校管理队伍素质建设工作是高校实施素质教育的关键环节之一。本文就目前高校管理队伍素质建设中存在的问题,从三个方面分析了这些问题产生的背景、现状及其危害性,并提出了解决这些问题的措施,籍此让大家了解并重视此项工作,使高校管理队伍的整体素质得以迅速提高,发挥出其在高校改革和发展中应有的作用。

| Abstract: | The quality construction of administrative staffs in colleges and universities is a key link of quality education. The author analyses the existential problem in this quality construction from background, present status and harm, puts forward the way of solving the problems at the same time. He aims to let all of us know the importance of the construction and hurry improves the quality of whole administrative staff in college and universities. The administrative staff can play the proper role in college reform and development. |
